During onboarding, you may opt in to SMS alerts. Select STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for assistance.

3. Description of Services

Lifeline provides a personal safety and alerting platform designed to help users discreetly notify trusted contacts during emergencies. Lifeline does not provide law enforcement, medical, or emergency response services.

4. No Emergency Services Disclaimer

Lifeline is not a substitute for emergency services. In life-threatening situations, contact local emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately. Lifeline makes no guarantees that alerts will be received, delivered, or acted upon.

5. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lifeline. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. SMS Messaging & Consent

By enabling SMS features, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lifeline including safety alerts, account updates, system confirmations, and support communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
